The CFM Bootcamp program is a flexible way to kick start your fitness journey. Sessions run for 45mins in a circuit style program allowing you to work at your own pace and move through stations with adequate rest. Each session will include a warm up, movement explication, workout and cool down. Guided by our Personal Trainers, this program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Ladies only
Our Ladies only session is one for the girls! This session provides an inclusive and safe space for women to participate in exercise. Led by our female Coaches inside our state of the art facility, this workout will help build confidence and is a great way to meet new friends!
All Ages - Workouts for our CFM Families
This program provides a safe and inclusive space for our families to exercise together. Exercise is for life, leading by example and enabling your young ones to learn positive habits from an early age is a great way to build skills and confidence both in and out of the gym. Our light weights and low skill movements, combined with fast changes will keep even the most high energy kids moving.
Our timetable includes a small range of times while we build up our program, however if you have a preferred time that does not appear on our timetable, don't hesitate to contact our team!
Reservations are essential. Classes can be booked a variety of ways. Text 0480 623 976 or send us a direct message via social media. No prepayment is required, sessions are paid for on arrival. Bootcamp classes are $9 per visit, no membership or joining is required.
