CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym.
Our Trainers will help teach you the skills required to participate in CrossFit style workouts, along with the standards for each of our foundational movements to allow you to safely build strength, improve mobility and increase fitness.
Every year, our community comes together to we participate in the CrossFIt Open. The open is an online competition consisting of 3 workouts, over 3 weeks. We record our results which allows our athletes to benchmark results against not only previous years scores but the results from athletes all over the world. These results are broken into age groups and regions and provide the motivation to continue to improve year on year.
More than a Sport, or a workout Style, CrossFit is a community. Its a group of people, coming together everyday to consistently improve. Our CrossFit community is a place of support, encouragement and growth. That is where the true value of CrossFit is found.

The HWPO Sweat program is perfect for anyone looking to get back into regular exercise and learn the foundations of movement. This program provides a full body workout with a mix of functional movements and conditioning machines. There is no leaderboard, no competition, no high skills. Just you Vs You, working to improve your health and fitness one workout at a time.
This session is guaranteed to make you SWEAT!
As with all our programs, movements within these workouts can be modified to allow for injuries and abilities. This option can be viewed through your WODIFY account and provides a program for training up to 7 days a week.

LETENDRE affiliate owner, CrossFit Games athlete, coach to 5x Games podium finisher Patrick Vellner, and was even on the Level 1 Seminar Staff. She has a wealth of experience in affiliate programming and brings the different perspectives and ideas she's gathered over the years to the HWPO Training team.
Designed to get you fit through all ten general physical skills, with a heavy emphasis on STRENGTH, SKILL and METCONS. CLASS is the core program of HWPO AFFILIATE.
