No, you do not need any equipment to participate in CrossFit Moose program. Our facility provides everything that is required for your to complete the daily workouts. Many of our members choose to purchase personal equipment such as skipping ropes or hand grips which can be left safely within the facility. Talk to our coaches about what equipment may assist you with your training on your next visit.
CrossFit Moose program includes a variety of workouts such as strength training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our program is delivered by HWPO. Our coaches will tailor the daily program to your fitness level and goals, meaning that anyone can participate in a CrossFit Session, regardless of the program.
